Report an Issue

As part of service improvements we are now using My ICT Portal to manage calls. Please log all Chromebook Issues in MYICTPORTAL

Choose the “General Issue” option on the drop down menu for Incident Type.  Please also specify in the summary and description fields that the issue is related to a Chromebook

Please continue to raise faulty/damaged Chromebooks in Solarwinds Helpdesk
