As part of service improvements we are now using My ICT Portal to manage calls. Please request new devices in MYICTPORTAL
Choose to Request Something, select Hardware and Device not on Catalogue. Please also specify in the description fields the reason for the request. Note the form will as you to enter the school budget code but you will not be charged for students new to Highland.
